FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about building or remodeling a pool with us.

How much does a new pool cost?

New pool construction starts at $45,000 and remodels start at $10,000. Final pricing depends on size, finishes and site conditions, and every quote is itemised.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available on both new construction and renovation projects. We can go through the options during your consultation.

Are you building in my area?

We work within roughly 60 miles of Jacksonville, covering Duval, St Johns, Clay and Nassau counties. If you are not sure, call and ask.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. Permitting, inspections and full project management are part of every build. You do not chase paperwork or coordinate trades.

What types of pools do you build?

Custom concrete and gunite pools, fiberglass pools, spas and pool-spa combinations, plus water features, sun shelves and pool decking.

How does the design process work?

We walk your property, look at grade, access and setbacks, then design around your yard and budget. Nothing is sold off a package menu.

Who will I be working with?

Claudio, the owner, handles sales and field operations himself. You keep one point of contact from the first design conversation through final inspection.

How do I get started?

Fill the form or call us. We will book a site visit, go through what you want, and follow up with an itemised quote.
